Weaponry is a Chicago DJ that is working hard to inject himself as much as possible into the local musical landscape. 

Weap grew up with a love of music but without an outlet until meeting his future business partner and DJ Sensei Keith Alexander in 2001.  Alexander, a renowned New York party DJ and son of legendary New York Radio DJ Ken ‘Spider’ Webb, took Weap under his wing and taught him the skills needed to set a party off.  After a few years of working local houseparties and events as a mobile DJ service Weap and Alexander went on to form Axwell Productions, LLC in 2005.  They went on to rock parties all over Palm Beach County until early 2007, when both decided to get down to big city living.   Alexander returned to New York where he continues to DJ full time for TAG Entertainment, while Weap headed north to Chi City. 

Since moving to Chicago in 2007 Weap has had the privilege of spinning alongside prestigious local acts such at DJ Major Taylor, Treadway, Gene Hunt, Andrew Pascale, and Itch13 and worked crowds at Debonair Social Club, JunBar, Uptown Lounge, People Lounge, and Betty’s Bluestar Lounge. 

Currently holding down a bi-monthly residency at People Lounge and a bi-monthly at Uptown Lounge, Weap is working hard to further hone his mixing skills and increase his exposure throughout Chicagoland and beyond.
