As I mentioned yesterday I just got in an order of wax from Juno so the bulk of this evening was spent ripping vinyl into my comp.

As expected, Delphic’s Counterpoint 12″ was the belle of the ball. I wrote these guys up a few weeks ago and posted their Submission Demo (I have since gone back and added a download link to that post).

I’ve been amazed that this band has not been getting more press than they have, but I think that’s about to change with the proper release of Counterpoint. This is a big track with heavenly keys and lethal hooks throughout making for a surefire floor scorcher. Be sure to come and hear me play it at Uptown Lounge on Saturday!
