Danger appears to be Kavinsky’s emo cousin, living in the same mysterious Anime world and sharing a love of driving synths but trading in the wayfarers and Letterman’s jacket for sweeping bangs and close fitting long-sleeve t’s.

The first Danger remix I heard was his rework of Midnight Juggernaut’s Into The Galaxy and was struck by the manic synths and keys. I just bought his latest EP from my friends at gramaphone records and was pleased to find this b-side with some rhyming words contributed by local Chicago MC Vyle.

I could probably say more but it’s getting late and I need some sleep. Check out Danger’s myspace but only if you are NOT epileptic. You’ll see what I mean.

Sidenote: I just put in a vinyl order to Juno so I will have some fresh goodness to share in a couple of days, including the just released single from band I really like of the moment, Delphic.
